In the previous post we announce there will be a compensation plan to those who were affected in their products. Please kindly refer below for full compensation details:
- For those who are already a member with us: you will be given 120 points in the system. 10 points equal to USD$1. You can use the points on future orders with the products, but not the shipping. You can choose to apply these point freely at your choice with any amount. If the product you order is below USD$12, you can use your points up to the product price, and the remaining points will be saved in your account. In this case, you will only need to pay the shipping as the product is paid with the points.
We will start sending out points to those who are affected at the end of October. If you don’t have an account with us yet, we advise to register one by the end of Oct. Thank you!
