[GENESIS/MEGADRIVE] Compensation Plan Update

To our customers who purchased Genesis/MegaDrive shells,

In the previous post we announce there will be a compensation plan to those who were affected in their products. Please kindly refer below for full compensation details:

  • For those who are already a member with us: you will be given 120 points in the system. 10 points equal to USD$1. You can use the points on future orders with the products, but not the shipping. You can choose to apply these point freely at your choice with any amount. If the product you order is below USD$12, you can use your points up to the product price, and the remaining points will be saved in your account. In this case, you will only need to pay the shipping as the product is paid with the points.
  • For those who do not have an account with us (e.g. using fast checkout): please register an account with us on https://retrogamerestore.com/my-account/. Once registration is complete, please send us an email with your proof of purchase and your user ID, we will put in 120 points as compensation in your account for future order. The terms of use of these points are the same as described above.

We will start sending out points to those who are affected at the end of October. If you don’t have an account with us yet, we advise to register one by the end of Oct. Thank you!
