Disclaimer on Fake RGR Products

Recently, we have been notified by our friends that there are suspicious products on which there are Retro Game Restore (as known as RGR) logos printed circulating on the e-commerce website, such as eBay.

Here on our official website, we would like to make the disclaimer that we do not allow any parties other than RGR to use our logo and store name on any physical products. No party has ever asked RGR to legally authorize their commercial use of RGR’s store name, logo, product designs and/or recreation, except our exclusive distributors (full list below). We do not endorse any of the e-shops, physical stores, virtual or physical goods with our logo, either. All products which are RGR designed and made are only sold on this official website and on our distributors’ websites, where the links to the products can be found on social media platforms, Facebook and X.

In saying so, we do not guarantee the quality of these fake products and do not offer post-sale customer services to those who purchased them.

We appreciate the friends and the community who stay alerted and wary for any suspicious/malicious products that are potentially fake ones of ours. Thank you for your support.
